Carling Cup
-Manchester City vs Tottenham-
Manchester City is taking on a Tottenham team that just completed a HUGE task last weekend by taking their first away win in the EPL from non other but in form Portsmouth with a 1-0 victory. Not only that, but whats more impressive is that they kept a clean sheet there, and Portsmouth has been finding the back of the net a lot lately. Even with Keane missing for the game, I think they will be able to build on that game, especially against Manchester City, who haven't been able to take a victory at home against Tottenham in god knows how long.

-Blackburn vs Arsenal-
Arsenal will be hosting their fringe players (as they always do in the Carling Cup) against Blackburn in Edwood Park. The thing I love about Arsenal's fringe players is that they play SO HARD in order to prove themselves to Arsene Wenger and they usually come out on top of these games. With Blackburn missing Emerton in defense for Blackburn along with Ooijer, I think Bendtner and Eduardo Da Silva up front should handle it.
